Human Resources Assistant (HR Assistant)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate /Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably ENTRY LEVEL specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Human Resource Student Interns and Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required skill(s): Ms Office and Ms Excel.
  • Committed, strong sense of responsibility, willing to stay back or work beyond office hours in order to complete tasks (with provided laptop, perhaps you could continue to work at home if really unable to stay back).


Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and process monthly payroll and ensure salary details are comply with government statutory contributions.
  • Ensure all payroll functions are compliance with local statutory contribution and government reporting such as income tax (PCB), SOCSO, HRDF, EPF, EIS, EA forms, etc.
  • Monitor and manage employee overtime, attendance, leave applications, medical claim and insurance claim.
  • Maintain and update employees' personal record and confidential information in personal file and HR system.
  • Conduct new hired induction, orientation and introduction sessions.
  • Provide effective clerical, correspondence and administrative support to HR Manager, take minutes of meeting and to help in handling disciplinary issues.
  • Other task and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior(s) from time to time
