• Providing personalized secretarial and organized administrative support to the upper management in all aspects of their work in a professional and timely manner.

• Handling confidential documents, correspondence, records and maintaining an organized filling for smooth data retrieving

• Taking note/meeting; sending emailing/texts, dealing with correspondence.

• Make travel arrangement for the upper management, business partners & consultants.

• Liaising with staff, incubatees, suppliers, company secretary, clients and any external parties as per upper management instruction..

• In charge of Company’s car maintenance, company licenses and agreements renewa.

• Performing postal duties including receipt of mail and parcels, sorting and delivery by department/companies; also performing some dispatch duties.

• Manage and order office supplies.

• Managing payment and settlement of CEO’s personal bills and claims

• Assisting CEO and his direct family for certain personal and household matters.

• Undertaking other special assignments and ad-hoc functions as and when required.


• Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate in any field (those with Business Administration/Social Science/Mass Communication or Secretarial qualification / experience an advantage).

• Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel).

• Willing to travel

• Possess valid car driving license, with own transport.

• With or without experience, willing to learn, immediate starter is much welcome

• Self-discipline, good work ethics, and able to maintain strict confidentially.

• Have strong commitment to job responsibility and quality, meet deadlines;

• Able to work independently, have flexibility to work hours and ready to stay back to complete jobs.

• Highly organized, with good skills of communication, organizing and bargaining.

• Due to the job operation nature, bilingual (written & spoken English & Chinese) is a must for this job.
