Job Responsibility
- Handle full spectrum of the human resource and administration functions.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process from end-to-end (from managing multiple job portals, proactive sourcing, CV & phone screening shortlisting, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, conduct interview, reference check-up and etc).
- Review and amend job descriptions and job specifications as required.
- Conduct market surveys for compensations and benefits of the company.
- Conduct orientation or induction to all new join staff.
- Responsible off-boarding process for separation cases.
- Responsible for staff leave administration, maintenance and staff attendance.
- Monitoring staff confirmation and yearly performance appraisal process.
- Ensuring that all HR related policies and procedures are adhered to and align with the Group HR policies and procedure. Highlights for review and updates as and when required.
- Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, assist in preparation, payment and etc.
- Liaison with all governmental departments to ensure compliance with legal governmental requirements.
- Facilitating employee engagement activities, staff welfare and etc.
- Assist in preparation of monthly reports on HR-related metrics. Prepare monthly report i.e headcount report, payroll report and etc.
- Handle employee grievances and advise Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and all other employee relations matters.
- Responsible for review of training evaluation / assessment and following-up with departments to create actions to improve / maintain results.
- Have knowledge in expatriate management (MDEC, Immigration, ESD and etc.)
- Responsible in compiling documents of expatriate staff in applying for their support letter and administer the online application.
- Process applications, new, renewal, cancellation, transfer of endorsement for all types of visa such as special pass, employment pass, long-term social visit pass and professional visit pass and etc.
- Responsible for the entire Office Administration, monitoring general building repair & maintenance, insurance renewal, stationary management, office system, equipment & etc. Planning and implementing office to work for the smooth running of office to ensure all office facilities are in good order.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Account Executive
Requirements
- Candidates who are holder of Degree or Advanced Diploma in
- Accounting/Finance/Banking or professional qualification (ACCA/ PA or equivalent).
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is necessary.
- Required languages: (Mandarin & English
- Able to work in a team with a keen sense of responsibilities, highly committed and able to work independently with tight deadline.
- Must be willing to learn, result and detail oriented.
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software, possess data entry and word processing skills.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
- Good communication skill, integrity and responsibility.
Responsibility
- Responsible to handle full set of accounts and maintain monthly book keeping record timely.
- Able to manage general accounting activities like General Ledger, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
- Responsible for filing of SST return;
- Perform monthly, quarterly and year end finance closing processes and reporting.
- Able to prepare general ledger journals, monthly account reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements, tax filing and GST submission.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agent and banker as well as other ad-hoc task assigned by the management.

Web Developer (PHP)
Requirements:
- Required Skill(s): PHP8, MySQL, Javascript or ReactJs, HTML5 and CSS3 & REST API

Web Developer (Internship)
Requirements
- Possess minimum Diploma (with strong programming foundation). Preferably with a Degree holder.
- This program is suitable for Computer Science IT/Software engineering or relevant fields students who are really passionate in testing, writing test scripts, coding, web development and latest web technologies.
You are expected to:
- Adapt quickly to new complex environments and technologies.
- Be really proactive, take the initiative to learn, be independent and self-discipline with the “willing-to-do” attitude.
- Have good logical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Programming language skill of at least PHP8, MySQL, Javascript or ReactJs, HTML5 and CSS3 & REST API
- Knowledge of git version control
- Solid understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. HTTP, cookies, headers, asset loading/caching), accessibility and security compliance
- (Bonus skill) android or iOS development (react native/flutter), NET/c#, Server Admin, R/python, AWS/Microsoft Azure/GCP
- Internship duration: minimum 3 months, preferably 6 months
- Strict interview process with technical evaluation, only apply if you enjoy finding bugs and good in programming
- Only successful candidate will be notified within two weeks upon application
Responsibility
This is a paid 3 – 6 months internship/graduate trainee program.
During the internship period, you may also be exposed to these areas/skills:
- Develop fully automated testing scripts to make sure the application bug free
- Web design, prototypes/demos, web-based or mobile application development using latest web technologies
- Writing technical documentations and technical blogs.
- Technical presentation & group sharing.
